Dr Notley has retired as a Trustee at our AGM, we are sad to see him go and thank him for his work with the association since is inception. Mrs Joan Bateman has kindly stepped up from Fundraising Co-Ordinator to take the vacant Trustee position. We look forward to working with her.
One of the project for our knitting group is knitting policeman. When a child is involved in an accident the police give out these knitted policemen to comfort them. They sent out a request for people to make the policeman so they could carry on this work. The group felt that it was a brilliant project and hope their contribution will help children in the future.
Jake is a regular volunteer, who help in the shop and behind the scenes, and we are pleased that he has recently won 5 gold, 3 silver and a bronze medal. He competed at the East Midlands Inclusive Games in various swimming events. Congratulations from everybody at TVCSA.
All our journey prices are being reduced by 50p this year. How is that for service with a smile (and a discount)! The support we have received though our shop has provided a new income, which has made this possible. Thank you to everyone on behalf of all at TVCSA, especially our clients.
